Little Twirlers

AGES: 18 months – 3 years

Children are introduced to basic jazz and tap movements through music, creative play, shapes, props, and age-appropriate games. This class helps young dancers build rhythm, coordination, confidence, and comfort in a classroom setting.

Dress Code

  • Clothing: Any color bodysuit and tights
  • Shoes: Pink ballet shoes
  • Hair: Must be worn up

Acrobatics

AGES: 4 years & up

This class introduces dancers to basic tumbling skills while building strength, coordination, flexibility, and body control. Students work through stationary exercises and tumbling passes in a safe, supportive environment to develop confidence and proper technique.

Dress Code

  • Clothing: Any color bodysuit or crop top along with any color shorts or leggings
  • Shoes: Barefoot
  • Hair: Must be worn up

Ballet

AGES: 4 years & up

Students develop proper technique through this classical and theatrical dance form. Ballet builds strong body placement, alignment, posture, coordination, and controlled movement of the arms and legs. Dancers also learn focus, discipline, and grace, while advanced levels continue to build strength and refinement through barre work and center floor exercises.

Dress Code

  • Clothing: Black body suit and pink footed tights
  • Shoes: Pink ballet shoes
  • Hair: Must be worn up in a bun

Jazz

AGES: 4 years & up

This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, conditioning, and overall technique. Dancers work through progressions that support turns, kicks, leaps, control, and proper alignment to help improve their performance across all styles of dance.

Dress Code

  • Clothing: Any color body suit or crop top along with any color shorts or leggings
  • Shoes: Half sole dance shoes, foot undies, or barefoot
  • Hair: Must be worn up

Tap

AGES: 4 years & up

Tap dance teaches dancers how to create rhythmic sounds and musical patterns using their feet. Students build timing, coordination, clarity, and control while learning a variety of steps, rhythms, and intricate footwork.

Hip Hop

This high-energy dance style focuses on today’s popular street-style movement. Dancers learn rhythm, musicality, coordination, and performance quality through upbeat combinations that explore different styles, grooves, and dynamics.

  • Clothing: Any color tank top or t-shirt along with any color shorts or sweat pants
  • Shoes: Any color sneakers (no street shoes)
  • Hair: Must be worn up

Contemporary / Lyrical

AGES: 8 years & up

​Contemporary dance blends the foundations of ballet and jazz with expressive, emotional movement. Dancers learn to connect smooth, flowing transitions with dynamic choreography while using movement to tell a story and express feeling.

Strong, lean muscles are an essential foundation for every style of dance and can help support injury prevention. These classes are designed to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and control, helping dancers feel more powerful, confident, and prepared to take their training to the next level.
